Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Nova Corner Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Fort Worth. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on mobile flows. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around school calendars that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in school calendars. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
