Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Meridian Health and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 66 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around insurance authorisations that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in insurance authorisations. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
