Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Redstone Sable Financial is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for loan applications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around loan applications that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in loan applications. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
