Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Greenridge Thistle Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Austin. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in pricing. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
