Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Highbridge Rowan Banking Services is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for account openings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around account openings that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in account openings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
