Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Clearpath Technologies is an education provider in Providence serving students and families, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
