Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Haven Learning Group and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around enrolment that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
