Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Meadow Press and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Design for tasks around customer orders that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in customer orders. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
