Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Cedar Juniper Arts Center is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for event logistics, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around event logistics that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in event logistics. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
