Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Harborlight Stone Arts Center Group is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for school partnerships, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Design for tasks around school partnerships that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in school partnerships. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
