Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Iron Insurance Group and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. You would join a large organisation of about 404 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around premium billing that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in premium billing. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
