Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Cedar Amber Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Little Rock, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around production lots that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in production lots. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
