Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Cedar Timber Medical designs and makes medical devices in Seattle. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on mobile flows. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Design for tasks around production lots that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in production lots. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
