Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Northwind Drift Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Memphis serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on mobile flows. You would join a large organisation of about 423 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around loan files that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in loan files. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
