Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Rook Press and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around proofing that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in proofing. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
