Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Harborlight North Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Austin producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around batch records that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in batch records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
