Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Foxglove Fern Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Cleveland presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around event logistics that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in event logistics. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
