Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Sable Pharma Group and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around batch records that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in batch records. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
