Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Maple Insurance and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Design for tasks around underwriting files that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in underwriting files. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
