Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Rivermark Oak Banking Services is a regional lender in Baltimore with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around account openings that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in account openings. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
