Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Summit Granite Markets is a Kansas City retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on mobile flows. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around promotions that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in promotions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
