Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Westbrook Willow Pharma is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for clinical studies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around clinical studies that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in clinical studies. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
