Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Harborlight Meadow Markets is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for shrink and waste, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around shrink and waste that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
