Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Ironwood Haven Early Learning is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around family communication that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
