Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Cobalt Press and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 71 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around paper stock that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in paper stock. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
