Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Highbridge River Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in New Orleans producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 123 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around batch records that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in batch records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
