Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove West Arts Center and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around event logistics that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in event logistics. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
