Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Pike Insurance and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around catastrophe response that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
