Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Harborlight Ivory Health Partners runs clinics and patient services around El Paso, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in clinic supplies. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
