Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Nova Systems is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around enrolment that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in enrolment. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
