Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Foxglove Vale Pharma develops and makes medicines in Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on mobile flows. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around cleanroom operations that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in cleanroom operations. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
