Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Corner Medical Group and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in production lots. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
