Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Lumen Fox Early Learning is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for meal programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Design for tasks around meal programmes that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in meal programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
