Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Bluepeak Vista Financial Group is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for account servicing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around account servicing that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in account servicing. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
