Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Northwind Linden Banking Services is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for loan files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around loan files that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in loan files. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
