Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Hollow Health Group and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. You would join a large organisation of about 985 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around clinic supplies that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in clinic supplies. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
