Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Northwind Corner Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around St. Louis. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on mobile flows. You would join a large organisation of about 909 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around regulatory filings that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
