Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Clearpath Ivory Banking Services is a regional lender in Grand Rapids with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on mobile flows. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in branch operations. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
