Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Fernwood Juniper Transit Planning Group helps transport agencies around Seattle design routes and schedules, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around survey data that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in survey data. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
