Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Harborlight Field Community Partners Group runs community programmes across Jackson, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would join a large organisation of about 735 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around client intake that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in client intake. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
