Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Northwind Fox Learning Group is an education provider in Kansas City serving students and families, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Design for tasks around student accounts that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in student accounts. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
