Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Kestrel Community Partners Group and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Design for tasks around benefits enrolment that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
