Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Highbridge Haven Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Columbus, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around device records that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in device records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
