Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Lakeside Transit Planning and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around ridership counts that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in ridership counts. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
