Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Raleigh, NC)

Foxglove Willow Community Partners Group is a Raleigh charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on mobile flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around volunteer shifts that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
