Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Raleigh, NC)

Redstone Cedar Health Group is a healthcare provider in Raleigh with clinics and support teams, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around patient scheduling that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
