Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Portland, OR)

Bluepeak Loom Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Portland producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around regulatory filings that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in regulatory filings. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
