Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Orchard Arts Center and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in visitor services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
