Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Pittsburgh, PA)

Westbrook Haven Early Learning is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for classroom supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around classroom supplies that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in classroom supplies. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
