Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Philadelphia, PA)

Bright Willow Early Learning Group is an early-learning provider in Philadelphia. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on mobile flows. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around tuition and subsidies that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in tuition and subsidies. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
